Hawkins & Associates Engineering, Inc. was established in 1998
and provides civil engineering, land planning, and surveying services. Since its founding,
the firm has enjoyed steady growth and currently has a staff of 5 registered professionals with over 135 years
combined experience working in the San Joaquin Valley and the surrounding area. This
experience allows us to provide the kind of expertise, communication and management
skills that performs successfully on any project.
We have demonstrated the ability to work closely and effectively with
governmental agencies, design professionals, construction firms, and the general public.
We provide a "hands-on" type of management by being personally involved with each project
and providing direct representation for our clientele, the kind of representation not often
available in larger firms. We have a reputation, which we are very proud of, for design
